Clark Fortune McDonald staff have wide-ranging expertise in the preparation of resource management applications for subdivision planning, land use planning and any other activities which require resource management consent.

This role is rapidly expanding due to ever increasing planning requirements.

Clark Fortune McDonald employs three full time planners, two based in Queenstown and one in Wanaka, who offer a comprehensive service taking in all aspects of resource management planning.

Work carried out by the company as part of the resource management process often leads to a project management role particularly for larger subdivision developments.
